This functionality guides the user through all the steps of incident analysis, in an easy-to-follow process that ensures no steps are forgotten. You can also generate reports when analysis is complete.

Use BowTieXP risk assessments to check your investigation has covered all elements identified in the bowtie.

Incident XP also allows organisations to keep learning from incidents: the final results can be linked back to the bowtie risk assessment to aggregate and detect trends across incidents. Keep your bowties up-to-date and continuously improved.

Link with BowTieXP Enterprise

• SIR – The SIR (Scenario-based Incident Registration) module in BowTieXP Enterprise makes it easy to report incidents without moving through the entire analysis process. It captures barrier data on incidents with medium complexity. After using SIR to generate a list of failed barriers and reasons why they failed, you can further analyse results in IncidentXP if needed.

Reporting

A built-in reporting engine allows you to report information in a case file if you want to submit findings to management or a regulator. IncidentXP has different report types, with different functionality and visualisation of information. You choose the style and content, and can also integrate a company template into the IncidentXP reporting engine.
