BowTieXP Enterprise
Integrated risk management: centralise risk data and get a real-time overview.
BowTieXP Enterprise allows you to centralise bowtie, incident and audit information for an organisation in a single database. It aggregates and stores risk information, so that users can get the right level of detail to be able to perform their jobs well.
Important decisions can only be made if you know your current exposure to risk. Enterprise allows you to monitor barrier (or ‘safety control’) performance: it takes the static bowtie diagram and moves it into a dynamic risk picture with an up-to-date overview of the health of your barriers.
Features Overview
BowTie Editor
This allows you to create bowties in your web browser. The Editor has all the features you need to build, edit and maintain your diagrams – making it easier to perform risk assessments and link activities.
Action Tracking
An essential feature, integrated with the various modules. Use it to manage, subdivide and track all your actions.
Once actions are completed, bowtie diagrams will be updated with the new information. When target dates are overdue, action tracking generates warnings and sends automatic reminder emails.
You can also see a progress overview, while management can review on an enterprise level to interrogate KPIs.
Audits and Compliance
The audit feature facilitates the entire process, from data gathering to visualisation of results and reporting. It includes the ability to link compliance documents.
Observations and Incidents
The incidents module is especially useful for larger organisations. It’s designed to relieve the burden of keeping track of large amounts of incident data – and analysing it to produce practical recommendations.
A quick and easy form and simple tools help you gather information, which is then stored in a central location for use by multiple organisational units. This module also assesses the depth of analysis required, offering the option for in-depth analysis where needed.
Hazard Identification (HAZID)
A user-friendly web interface that makes hazard identification and assessment easier to execute, standardise and communicate.
Use it to set up a complete risk register and split this into high and low priority groups. High priority hazards are immediately added to a basic bowtie diagram, while both low and high priorities can be stored in a hazard register for a complete overview.
WIKI Information Management
Integrate documentation into risk management. Add documents to bowties and link them to specific sections or even paragraphs. There’s no more wading through endless documents, and you can manage extensive information in a structured way.
