Safety Cases and Safety Reports
Tetra Tech RPS Energy has extensive experience of developing safety cases for the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry, including major oil companies, operators, drilling companies and marine contractors, using BowTieXP software.
Safety cases are developed in a format that is readily accepted globally. We utilise bowtie methodology to analyse Major Accident Events (MAEs) to ensure that risks are reduced to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
Our consultants have successfully completed safety cases, campaign-specific safety case revisions and detailed risk studies for facilities ranging from fixed production platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSOs), rig-less well intervention support vessels, and mobile offshore drilling units, including semi-submersibles, jack-ups and ultra-deep water drill ships.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management
